We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. All original packaging, tags, and labels must remain intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, deodorant or perfume marks, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at [your email / WhatsApp number] with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address (subject to service availability) or share a return shipping address if self-return is required.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item at our warehouse, your request will be processed:
- Returns: A refund or store credit (as per customer preference) will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Exchanges: You may select any available size or alternative product of the same value. If the chosen item is priced higher, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
Non-returnable items: Innerwear, accessories, clearance/sale products, and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof, and we will provide a free replacement or refund.
